Every item on this list directly supports a girl in our program. Nothing is too small.

TECHNOLOGY

1. Meta Quest 3 VR Headsets

2. Mid-range laptops

3. Laptop bags and cases

4. External hard drives for video storage (1TB or larger)

5. Internet hotspots for participants without home internet (ongoing need)

6. Ring lights, tripods, and audio equipment for production

7. Software licenses (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools)

8. Charging stations and power strips

RESIDENTIAL WEEK NEEDS

1. College campus housing partnership or venue for girls and staff

2. Meals for the full residential week (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks daily)

3. Linens and bedding sets for residential participants

4. Toiletry kits (travel-size essentials)

5. Laundry supplies

6. Evening activity supplies (games, art materials, journaling kits)

7. Snack baskets for dorm rooms

FOOD & NUTRITION

1. Meals for Saturday sessions (twice monthly, ongoing)

2. Healthy snacks for all programming days

3. Gift cards to local restaurants or grocery stores for meal coordination

4. Reusable water bottles

PROGRAM SUPPLIES

1. Backpacks for participants

2. Journals and composition notebooks

3. Art supplies (markers, colored pencils, paint)

4. Printer paper and color printing access

5. Name tags, lanyards, and program materials

6. Incentive prizes and reward items (gift cards, books, hygiene items)

FINANCIAL NEEDS

1. Scholarship Fund: Our goal is that no girl is turned away due to cost. Every dollar sponsors access.

Full Scholarship: $5,075

Half Scholarship: $2,538

Sponsor-a-Month: $300

2. Any amount welcomed

3. Transportation fund to support van and bus logistics

4. Guest speaker and mentor honorariums

EVENT SUPPORT

1. Venue for Summer Showcase (seated for 150 or more, A/V capable)

2. Venue for Year-End Graduation Celebration

3. A/V equipment and tech support for showcase events

4. Catering or catering sponsorship for both events

5. Floral arrangements, decor, and backdrops for photos

6. Printing: programs, certificates, banners

CLOTHING & MERCHANDISE

1. Professional attire donations (girls sizes S to XL, career-ready looks)

2. FLY Girl branded merchandise for participants (t-shirts, hoodies)

BOOKS & LEARNING

1. Books by and about Black women in tech, STEM, leadership, and history

2. Age-appropriate mental wellness and self-care books

3. Study guides and career exploration resources
