FLY Girl Institute cultivates the humanity, voice, and bold leadership of girls of color (ages 11–18) through mental wellness, cultural identity, sisterhood, and cutting-edge VR technology. Through immersive VR experiences, participants virtually access careers, places, and opportunities they may never encounter in real life, seeing their limitless potential. In collaboration with The Harlem Film House (CR Capers Executive Director), our Joy Incubator Framework translates virtual exploration into real future-facing career opportunities.
